Continuous Dyeing process
一、Continuous dyeing

Pad-Dry-Pad-Steam

Dipping and rolling dyeing solution → pre drying → drying → soaking and rolling alkaline solution → steaming → washing with water

3、Process Conditions

Padding：Temperture 20-25℃，Pick up 60-65%

Drying：110-120℃，2min

ALkali padding：Temperture20-25℃，Pick up 80%

Steaming：100-105℃，45-90sec

二、cold pad-batch dyeing

Dipping and dyeing solution → stacking → washing with water
